Insights Marketing Website: Connecting Live Experiences With Business Conversations

Live experiences give people something to remember. The Insights Marketing website gives prospective clients a way to explore that work, understand the agency's capabilities and begin a relevant conversation. For LICA, the assignment was to connect the character of the work with the practical questions a business visitor brings.

  • Challenge: Translate live-event energy into a clear business-facing website.
  • Our role: Website design and development, bringing the agency's work and services together.
  • Delivered: A public site with capabilities, project evidence, a talent roster and inquiry routes.

1. Give the experience a business purpose

Insights Marketing works across experiential marketing, event production, celebrity sourcing and partnerships, and community and public affairs. Those services involve different people, settings and kinds of opportunity. A prospective client needs enough context to understand where the agency could fit their project.

The website addresses two needs together: showing the atmosphere of the work and explaining the offer behind it. An event film can introduce energy and scale, while a capabilities section gives that impression specific meaning. Connecting the two creates a useful path from interest to informed exploration.

We treated that connection as the center of the website story. The aim was to give a visitor a strong introduction, then make room for the evidence and detail they might need before reaching out.

2. Make the design serve the work

The site leads with an agency capabilities film, giving the work a prominent place in the opening experience. LICA's role was to bring that material into the website presentation. The film and event imagery show the client's work; the website gives them context, structure and a route into the wider offer.

Black, white and purple form a consistent visual language across the site. Dark sections frame moving images and photographs, while lighter sections provide space for service information. Purple accents connect headings, navigation and points of emphasis.

Those choices have a practical purpose. Large headings help establish what a section is about, while shorter descriptions let the visual material remain prominent. In the capabilities view, the service information sits beside the national-market map, putting the offer and the agency's stated reach in the same frame.

3. Put proof beside the promise

The four capability areas give visitors a clear description of the services. Case studies and event documentation then provide material they can examine for themselves. This is where the website moves from an introduction to a more detailed picture of the agency.

The talent roster adds another route through the content, with a way to ask about fit and availability. Together, these sections let a visitor consider the services, look at project work and explore the people presented through the agency.

4. Create a useful next step

The business purpose is to help a prospective client arrive at a more relevant question. Someone considering event production can explore the work, while someone interested in celebrity sourcing can take a different route through the same site. Visible contact paths connect that browsing to an inquiry.

That structure is designed to support business development by giving people information they can use before a conversation. The delivered result is a website that brings the services, examples and inquiry routes into one destination.

For other businesses, the transferable idea is straightforward: give your portfolio a clear relationship to what you sell. The work can invite attention, and the surrounding content can help someone understand where to go next.

5. Move your website priority forward with LICA

For organizations considering LICA, our weekly way of working starts with an agreed priority and a defined amount of shared agency time. We bring in the strategy, design, development or production skills that the agreed work requires. Progress is reviewed with the client, then the next step is scoped together.

A larger website project may need additional hours or several weeks. A focused first priority could be improving how a service is presented or planning the relationship between a portfolio and its inquiry path. The scope determines the capacity required.

The point is to give the work a clear starting place and keep decisions connected as it develops. If your website needs to tell a stronger business story, LICA can help define that next priority.
